A.– Se disputará a 10 rondas, sistema Suizo FIDE.
B.– El comienzo de las partidas será a las 16, excepto la ronda décima y última (día 12, sábado) que sera a las 9 horas.
C.– El ritmo de juego será olímpico: 90 minutos de tiempo final más incremento de 30 segundos por jugada
D.– Desempates: a determinar. Figurarán en las Bases/Oficiales.
E.– Local de Juego: PABELLÓN POLIDEPORTIVO DE BENASQUE.
F.– Válido para obtención de Normas y Rating FIDE y FEDA.
G.– El emparejamiento se realizará informatizado.
H.– INSCRIPCIÓN: 40 €. Los nacidos en el año 1994 y sucesivos, 30 €. El cierre de inscripciones será el día 30 de junio. Únicamente se admitirán las 520 primeras inscripciones.
I.– Jugadores ELO FIDE + 2.350, inscripción gratuita.
J.– La inscripción se abonará antes de la primera Ronda, sin cuyo requisito no se podrá iniciar el Torneo.
K.– Existirán días libres a disposición de los jugadores. Deberán solicitarse antes de la 1ª ronda. En la/s ronda/s solicitada/s, no será emparejado y se le otorgará cero puntos.
L.– Por las características de la Sala, no estará permitido el fumar, ni introducir comida o bebida en las Salas de Juego y de Análisis. Igualmente, no se permite la telefonía móvil; su uso llevará consigo la pérdida de la partida.
M.– Durante toda la competición los jugadores deberán comportarse con la más alta deportividad y decencia (1).
N.– Si un participante no acata la reglamentación pertinente, comete falta de ética ajedrecística o se comporta inadecuadamente dentro o fuera de las instalaciones del Torneo, podrá ser penalizado, y en función de su falta, llegar incluso a la descalificación definitiva.
Ñ.– La Organización se reserva el derecho de admisión a participar en el Torneo.
O.– El Reglamento/Base Oficial del Torneo figurará en el local de juego, siendo de obligado cumplimiento.
P.– Para lo no previsto en las Bases se aplicará la normativa de la FEDA y FIDE.
Q.– La participación en este Torneo supone la total aceptación del Reglamento/Bases del mismo.

B.– Match timetable will start at 16:00 o’clock. The tenth round (on saturday 12th) will take place at 9:00 o’clock.
C.– There will be an Olympic playing rhythm: Initial time 90 minutes, plus 30 seconds increased in every move.

E.– Place: POLIDEPORTIVO PAVILION OF BENASQUE.
F.– The tournament will count for obtain the Norms, FIDE and FEDA rankings.
G.– The pairing will be carried out by computer system.
H.– INSCRIPTION: 40 €. To the players borns under 1994 the price are 30 €. The inscription will be closed of 30 of june. Only will the 520 first inscriptions will be accept.
I.– ELO FIDE + 2.350 free inscription.

K.– They will be free days at player’s disposition. They must requested before the first round. In the round apply for, the player will not be matched, and will be given zero points.
L.– In the playing room is not allowed smoking, eating, drinking. The use of mobile phone in the playing room, will mean the player forfeiting the game.
M.– During the competition, players are expected to behave to the highest standars of honesty (1).
N.– If a player does not accept the regulations, does not behave properly within the premises of the tournament or outside, he might be punished and even eventually disqualified.
Ñ.– The Organization has the right to accept player’s participation.
O.– The tournament rules will be displayed in the matchroom before starting the first round, this tournament rules are obligatory.
P.– If there is anything not considerate in the tournament rules, the Organization will apply FEDA and FIDE rules.
Q.– The participation in this tournament presumes the total acceptance of the Bases/Rules.
